Place Ville-Marie is a modernist architectural landmark in downtown Montreal, featuring a cruciform curtain wall tower. Following historical and architectural analysis of the complex, we will experiment with transformations of its form utilizing the CEP's production equipment.

This long term research project will critically periodize contemporary "interdisciplinarity" by situating it in relation to the Jena Romantic's understanding of Poesie as a general science and Modernist practics of inter-arts experimentation.
